CANCELLATION
Each period of hosting is paid for in advance and begins upon the purchase of your account. Cancellation of your account will discontinue all future billings. Hosting fees are non-refundable.
TERMINATION
You understand and agree that Crygentech may without notice terminate your access to the site or any of its provided services.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In no event should Crygentech be liable under contract, tort, negligence, or any other legal theory for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages of any kind.

Crygentech will act promptly to proccess and investigate any notices of alleged infringement and will take the appropriate actions outlined under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA").
